It seems forever ago since champagne bottles and fireworks were popping in celebration of 2011. Now it’s back to work, back to school, but onto another great year in La Mesa, CA’s signature apartment community just of the Grossmont Trolley line.

You might be surprised how super easy and equally inexpensive it is to live a Green year. In fact, many of your environmentally friendly decisions can actually SAVE you money throughout the year in Alterra. Here are some simple ideas for stating your new path to Green enlightenment.
