Cosmos Coffee Cafe in La Mesa
Do we have any Alterra residents who visit the local coffee cafe Cosmos? We are sure many of you have gone to the coffee shop, but for those of who have yet to visit Cosmos, you have been missing out! Cosmos Coffee Cafe has become an icon in the La Mesa Village over the last 5 years with is delicious coffee and great live entertainment. Located at 8278 La Mesa Blvd, Cosmos roasts organic coffee beans while operating under a living green strategy like we do here at Alterra.
The coffee cafe has recently started featuring live music two times a week. Friday afternoons are filled with smooth tunes from the Sam Johnson Jazz Duo from 3 to 5PM, and local La Mesa artists get to showcase their talents & original music from 7 to 9PM on Saturday nights. Admission to the music performances is free of charge, but attendees are encouraged to buys lots of delicious coffee.
